Sounds good. You said this was for sale, how much are you asking for it?
And in what language is it? (I'm calling from Iceland.. your BBS is a
long distance call for me.. can't afford it)

I agree with this. But there is one thing I wonder about.. how many other
soundcard companies are distributing their SDKs for free? I don't have any
facts about this, but I do know, I had a hellova time finding code to
program my soundblaster.. and it has been around for a long time. I think
that being able to get the info off the net, for the price of a local phone
call is pretty damn good, even if the damn thing isn't perfect.

I've used the SDK as a reference (the old one) and haven't had much trouble.
But I haven't tried to do anything fancy, either. But it sure is better
than the void I ran into when I looked for SB info. (don't tell me about
the Soundblaster freedom project.. ugh)

> Or, how about, "can't we just get along?". Heh. Where does it say this mailing
> list is a fan club? Where does it say "dissension" is taboo -- verbotten,

Of course you are free to express your opinions. But you are being
unnecissarily rude, this is all deteriorating into petty arguments about
nothing. I personally would rather read about how to program my GUS.

And.. just a little off topic:

Anybody got any .MOD songs they wanna share? I'm still looking for
music for my game(s).. And I'd love some code to play other formats
as well (.ult, or .669).

Contrary to what has been posted here lately, there is a document that
shows the changes made to the SDK. Please refer to README.REV file.

I didn't feel it was necessary to re-state our e-mail address since it
is at the top of EVERY post we make to this group.
