Say, does anyone know what happens to the midi files that were at Epas? (In
the directory ulrasound/sound/midi/files. The Index lists many that I would
like to get (like linus), but the files are not there. Are they available at a
different site?

Thanks,
Will

I can successfully record a song from a Cassette Tape in a Walkman
connected to the Line In Jack on the GUS using Microsoft's Sound Recorder
under Windows but it has a limitation of 60 seconds... Is there anything
that will record the same stuff for longer than 60 seconds and maybe even
a few minutes? Thanks!

Cheers,

Vince

And you will receive via uuencoded chunks, the program "csound" by
MIT, converted to DOS intel by John Fitch. Csound seems to do about
every kind of audio synthesis possible in software. It is not an easy
interface, but once you get it working, it can generate some pretty
good sounding stuff...

I want to know how to make that stuff working!

Here's my problem:
I have a gus with the Midi adaptor, and a Roland TR-707 Rythm Composer.
I want to know how to make that work... I tried to record beats, but
it doesn't seem to transmit any Midi event from the Tr707 and the computer.
However, if i set the Synchro Start-stop on in Winjammer, the Tr707 triggers
the recording (it start and stops with the tr707, but no notes or data seem
to be transmitted to the computer...)

Thanks.
